Case Study – P+P Pragma-tec
Implementing FABRICUBE and structuring growth with a connected organization
P+P Pragmatec, based in Yverdon-les-Bains, specializes in metal construction, from technical structures to architectural projects. Faced with rapid growth in its business and an increasing number of projects, the company chose FABRICUBE to support this momentum and maintain its efficiency.
Background
With the ramp-up of projects, P+P Pragmatec had to simultaneously manage construction sites, supplies, personnel, and production constraints. The increase in administrative volume and the growing complexity of exchanges made it difficult to coordinate between teams, manage equipment, and track data.
The rapid increase in activity led to a growing administrative workload and increased coordination needs.
This change in scale required a new organizational foundation capable of centralizing information, streamlining communication, and providing a real-time view of operational progress.
Challenges
Increase in projects: more numerous and more diverse assignments, requiring more detailed coordination and more agile processes.
Inventory tracking to be structured: need for better real-time management to support increased demand.
Scattered information flow: emails, WhatsApp, word of mouth… it’s difficult to find the right data at the right time.
Access to information in the field: the need to be able to consult technical data, plans, and essential information outside the office.
Solution
With FABRICUBE, P+P Pragmatec has set up a connected organization, built step by step around the needs expressed in the field. Thanks to regular exchanges with the ICUBE teams, the tool has been adjusted in an agile and continuous manner. It is the software that has been adjusted to the company, not the other way around.
“
« FABRICUBE has enabled us to structure our business without slowing down our pace. We retain our agility, but with true traceability. »

Associate Director, P+P Pragmatec
Implementation:
The project was led by management and implemented with project managers and operational managers.
The first step was to resume inventory management and project monitoring. The team imported the inventories into FABRICUBE, set up monitoring processes, and then connected the various workstations to the tool.
At the same time, projects to integrate EDM, mobile management, and document digitization were launched.
Results obtained
Smoothly managed projects: thanks to centralized information.
Reliable inventory management: tracked entries/exits, accurate monthly inventories.
Direct access to information: barcodes on scannable plans and projects.
Easy workshop use: equipped workstations, remote data entry.
Easier use on construction sites: access to information from the field.
Tool interfaced with ERP: FABRICUBE communicates with other management tools to optimize cost/time flows.
“
« Before, we used to chase after information. Today, it is there, visible, reliable, and shared. »
